Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

In the event of inclement weather or natural disaster LNA Health Careers has adopted the following cancellation policy in an effort to notify all of our students:

1. Instructor Notification - If your class is cancelled or delayed, your Instructor will contact you at least 1 hour prior to the start time of class to let you know. Always be sure your Instructor has your most current telephone number.

2. Voicemail - If all of our scheduled classes and/or state exams are cancelled for the day, at least one hour prior to the start of the class or state exam, the voicemail outgoing message will indicate that classes and/or state exams are not being held. Call the office at 603-647-2174.

3. Radio - If all of our scheduled classes are cancelled for the day, the school will be announced on the radio on 95.7 WZID.

4. Television - If all of our scheduled classes are cancelled for the day, the school will be listed under cancellations on WMUR-TV and on WMUR.com.

If class is cancelled by LNA Health Careers, we will provide make up to your class by adding a day at the end of the course until all hours have been met.

If a state exam is cancelled by LNA Health Careers, we will schedule another test date to be offered as soon as possible to accomodate for the missed test. State Exams are rarely cancelled.

As a student, if you cannot make it to class for any reason, it is your responsibility to notify your Instructor as soon as possible. A student affairs representative will contact you on the next business day to arrange for make-up. It is always best to try to attend class late if necessary, rather than missing an entire day.
