  Application

The Application Process

We require interested persons to submit three things to our program for consideration of admission:

1. An application

2. A pre-screening test

3. A $60 non-refundable application fee

We require a pre-screening test to measure basic reading comprehension and math skills. You may fill out the application and pre-test online then go to our credit card payment page and select your choice of payment. If you do not have this option then print the pdf file and send it to us, along with a $60.00 non-refundable check or money order for the processing fee. (Please note, the application fee is for processing your application, it does not reserve your space in class).

All students will be required to submit a criminal background check prior to starting the course as well. That form will be filled out and collected on the first day of class.

Applicants whose primary language is not English may be asked to complete an additional comprehension evaluation prior to acceptance. This tool is used to determine the level of English comprehension in order to be successful in the program.

Acceptance into the program is based upon completion and receipt of the following:

1. Completed application

2. Passing score of 70% or greater on the pre-entrance exam

3. Indication that the applicant meets the criminal record policy set forth by the school

4. Passing score of 80% or greater on the English Comprehension evaluation (for applicants with English as a second language only)

5. The $60 non-refundable application fee

The total cost of the program is $1450* which includes all of your class supplies, criminal record check, tuition, and application fee. Your State Exam is Free!** You will also get same day test results.

In order to reserve your space in class a tuition deposit of $725 must be received in the office along with the necessary application, and pre-test. The balance would then be due one week prior to graduation. The following payment options may be available to you: credit card (MC/Visa/Disc) money order, cash, or personal check. If you have questions about the tuition breakdown, or need tuition assistance, visit our tuition page. Please note that spaces are limited and are on a first come first served basis.

Please feel free to call us at 603-647-2174 if you have any questions about the program or enrollment. Our admissions staff is friendly, and is always available to help you throughout this process. Our goal is for you to have a great experience! (Please do not call the facilities directly as we contract with them and do not have offices at their sites.) Visit our directions page for directions to the facilities.

We will call you once we receive your application, pre-test, and application fee. Thank-you and we look forward to helping you achieve your educational goals in the near future!

*The State of NH will reimburse 100% of the program cost once a license has been issued and the LNA is working in a long- term care facility .

**The state exam is free unless a retake is needed.
