Thank you for your interest in our nursing
assistant program - designed with quality in mind.
The Application Process
We require interested persons to submit four things to our program for consideration of admission:
1. An application
2. A pre-screening test
3. A criminal history inquiry form
4. A $60 non-refundable application fee
We require a pre-screening test to measure basic reading comprehension and math skills. You may fill out the application and pre-test on-line then go to our credit card payment page and select your choice
of payment. If you do not have this option then print the pfd
file and send it to us, along with a $60.00 non-refundable
check or money order for the processing fee. (Please note, the application fee is for processing your application, it does not reserve your space in class).
Along with the application and pre-test, we also require all applicants to read, understand, sign and submit a . Applicants applying online must print the criminal history inquiry form and either mail or fax the signed form to our office. All students will be required to submit a criminal background check prior to starting the course as well. That form will be filled out and collected at orientation once the student is registered for a course. The fee for the criminal record check is $25 and is made payable to the "State of NH-Criminal Records." This fee is collected at orientation.
Applicants with English as a second language will be asked to schedule an English Comprehension Evaluation upon receipt of their application, pre-test, criminal history inquiry form and application fee. This is a tool used soley to determine the level of english comprehension before gaining admittance into the program. We want all of our students to be successful.
Acceptance into the program is based upon completion and receipt of the following:
1. Completed application
2. Passing score of 70% or greater on the pre-entrance exam
3. The signed criminal history inquiry form with the indication that the applicant has not been convicted of one or more of the felony crimes the New Hampshire Board of Nursing considers a permanent bar to licensure
4. The $60 non-refundable application fee
The total cost of the program is *$1425 which includes allof your class supplies, tuition, and application fee. There is an additional $25 fee for completing a criminal background check which is collected at orienation. That fee is payable to the "State of NH-Criminal Records." Your State Exam is **Free!
You will also get same day test results.
In order to reserve your space in class a tuition deposit of $700 must be received in the office along with the necessary application, pre-test and criminal history inquiry form. The balance would then be due one week prior to graduation. The
