Take Exit 5 (Granite Street Exit).  At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Granite St.  Granite St turns into Lake Ave after you cross Elm St. Continue on Lake Ave (the Verizon Wireless Arena will be on your right). Take a left onto Pine St (Lake Ave turns into a one-way at this intersection and a left turn is your only option). Turn left onto Concord St. We are 1 1/2 blocks on your right. Wellington Rd turns into Bridge St at Mammoth Rd. Continue on Bridge St until you reach Chestnut St. Take a left onto Chestnut St and then a right onto Concord St. Parking is available on the street in 2 hour increments or in the Victory Parking Garage on the corner of Chestnut and Amherst. To get to the parking garage, turn left onto Chestnut Street from Concord Street. The parking garage will be on your right. *There is a 50 cent fee per hour to park in the parking garage.

From Manchester:Take 93 heading towards Exeter/Portsmouth and merge onto 101 E by taking the exit 7. From there, take the Rt-108 S exit (Exit 11) towards Exeter. This merges onto Portsmouth Avenue. Turn left onto Holland Way and then turn left again onto Hampton Road and there is the facility.

From Seacoast (Portsmouth):Take 95-S to Exit 2 (Rte 101).  Merge onto Route 101 West toward Manchester.  Take exit 12 to route 111-W.  Turn left onto 111 and follow for approximately 1 mile and facility will be on the right.

From Merrimack/Bedford/Nashua: 293 North, Exit 6 (Amoskeag Bridge Exit) go across the bridge and turn right at Elm St. continue South until you come to Bridge St. and turn Left onto Bridge St.   Follow Bridge St. until you come to a 7-11 store with a light.  At that light turn left onto Maple Street. Once on Maple St. turn left onto Pearl Street and go about 2 blocks. The facility will be on the right.

From Manchester/Concord/Hooksett:Take 93 South to Exit 8 (Bridge St. exit); turn right onto Bridge St. off the exit ramp.   Follow Bridge St. down the hill.  On the right hand side is a 7-11 store.   At the light turn right onto Maple Street. Once on Maple St. turn left onto Pearl Street and follow it for about 2 blocks. The facility will be on the right hand side.

From Manchester: Take the Exit 4 (Londonderry exit) from I-93.  Turn left off of the exit ramp.  Follow this road through town.  At the traffic circle, go half way around (ending as if you cut straight across), to the opposite exit. This is Chester road.  Less than a half mile on the left hand side of the road on the hill is Haven Health Center.

From Nashua/Hudson: Take the 102 all the way through town into Derry.  When you come to the traffic circle, go around and take the exit that would be as if you were to go straight through the circle.  This is Chester road.  Less than a half mile, on the left hand side of the road, is Haven Health Center on a hill.

There is a large iron gate at the entrance. The driveway is long and you can not see the facility from the road, but there is a sign at the entrance.

Follow Goffstown Road for several miles, staying to the left at the split. Goffstown Road becomes Goffstown Back Road. You will come to a small rotary. Go around the rotary as though you were going straight through it. Continue on for less than a mile and the facility will be on your right.
