From the North: Take 93 South to 293 South toward Manchester. Take Exit 5 (Granite Street Exit).  At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Granite St.  Follow Granite Street to Elm Street.  Take a left onto Elm Street at the lights.  Follow Elm Street and take a right onto Lowell Street. Follow Lowell one block and take the first right onto Chestnut Street. Again, take your first right onto Concord Street. Parking is available on the street in 2 hour increments or in the Victory Parking Garage on the corner of Chestnut and Amherst. *There is a 50 cent fee per hour to park in the parking garage.

Follow Bridge Street to the intersection at Elm Street. Take a left onto Elm Street. Take the first left onto Lowell Street. Follow Lowell one block and take the first right onto Chestnut Street. From Manchester:Take 93 heading towards Exeter/Portsmouth and merge onto 101 E by taking the exit 7. From there, take the Rt-108 S exit (Exit 11) towards Exeter. This merges onto Portsmouth Avenue. Turn left onto Holland Way and then turn left again onto Hampton Road and there is the facility.

From Seacoast (Portsmouth):Take 95-S to Exit 2 (Rte 101).  Merge onto Route 101 West toward Manchester.  Take exit 12 to route 111-W.  Turn left onto 111 and follow for approximately 1 mile and facility will be on the right.

Once on Maple St. turn left onto Pearl Street and follow it for about 2 blocks. The facility will be on the right hand side.

Travel down Amherst St./Nashua St: until you reach the oval in downtown Milford.  Stay to your left around the first curve and then veer to your right at the Texaco. This will put you on Elm street. One block later there is a light (and a Rite Aide), turn left there. This is West street.  Go over the railroad tracks, then take a right onto Crosby Street. The facility is a bit down the block on the left-hand side.

From Manchester: Take the Exit 4 (Londonderry exit) from I-93.  Turn left off of the exit ramp.  Follow this road through town.  At the traffic circle, go half way around (ending as if you cut straight across), to the opposite exit. This is Chester road.  Less than a half mile on the left hand side of the road on the hill is Haven Health Center.

From Nashua/Hudson: Take the 102 all the way through town into Derry.  When you come to the traffic circle, go around and take the exit that would be as if you were to go straight through the circle.  This is Chester road.  Less than a half mile, on the left hand side of the road, is Haven Health Center on a hill.

Carmel on the Right.  Turn Right onto Myrtle St. and there is parking on the street in front of the building.

From Manchester/Concord/Hooksett:Take 93 South to Exit 8 (Bridge St. exit); turn right onto Bridge St. off the exit ramp.   Follow Bridge St. down the hill.  On the right hand side is a 7-11 store.   At the light turn right onto Maple St.   Mt. Carmel will be approx. 6 buildings down Maple on the right hand side.  Turn right onto Myrtle St. and you may park on Myrtle street in front of the building.

This is now Elm street. Harborside has a white picket fence and will be on the right side after the funeral home.  (If you get to Rite Aide you went too far.)

There is a large iron gate at the entrance. The driveway is long and you can not see the facility from the road, but there is a sign at the entrance.

From Peterborough: Take 101 to 202. Follow 202 for 5 miles and turn left onto Hillcrest Rd. Turn left onto NH-124 and right onto Fitzgerald Drive. Plantation Dr will be on the left.
